(Austin, Texas) Jeffrey Elder of International Business Exchange is the recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Award for a second consecutive year. Recognizing the top 50 brokers in the industry, the award was given out by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) during its annual conference in Orlando, Fla. on May 11.
