Closed Deal: BBQ Restaurant

International Business Exchange (IBEX) announces the sale of Ralph’s Pink Flaming BBQ, an Arkansas based BBQ Restaurant on July 31st, 2020. IBEX served as the exclusive merger and acquisition advisor throughout the deal.

Founded in 2008, this BBQ restaurant has won over 150 BBQ awards including a first place finish in the world's largest BBQ cook-off as well best of city for 11 years running. Owner was a banker who loved barbecue and decided to start cooking in some local BBQ contests. His success in those contests encouraged him start traveling the BBQ contest circuit where he continued to win awards. He ultimately decided to focus full time on BBQ.

The buyer, a third generation restaurateur is expanding his family’s legacy with this acquisition.
