International Business Exchange (IBEX) announces the sale of a Dallas/Fort Worth building supply distributor on January 6, 2021.

The business was established in 2000, offering sales, service and installation of building materials to upscale home owners, home builders, and commercial businesses to their customer base throughout Texas.

Additionally, the company provides custom fabrication of building components, as well as other related products. It has 13 employees who will remain with the company. The buyers saw the business that had a long history and excellent reputation that could serve as a platform to grow in the industry. The business owners, husband & wife, will transition out of the business over an extended period of time.

IBEX had the sole and exclusive right to market and assist in selling the business.
