International Business Exchange (IBEX) successfully brokered the sale of the business Cillis Car Care Center, Inc in Houston, Tx on November 12, 2012to a private individual. IBEX acted as the merger and acquisition advisor to the deal, helping the business owner list, market, wade through buyers, due diligence and a close the deal. The Company operates a full service car care service. The services of the Company are split between the mechanical shop and the paint and body shops. There are two physical building locations for each of the shops located all on the same property. The primary car care center is a full service shop with its own building location that is self-contained. Located in the shop is a complete complement of equipment to perform services from a general service tune-up and oil change to a major engine overall. The shop has all of the specialty electronic equipment to perform the necessary service requirements and maintains state-of-the-art equipment in order to keep the shop and repair processes current to industry care care standards. The mechanical shop has eight in ground car lift workstations. Additionally, it has dedicated work stations for specific equipment job repair functions. The Company also sells and installs tires as well. The Company repairs all types of vehicles. Passenger cars and pickup trucks are a large part of the Company’s repair work. The shop is equipped to also repair large motor homes. The Company will also perform complete classic restoration for clients from the complete rebuild from the ground up. The shop maintains and has inventory storage for the fast moving items that are maintained in stock. The Company operates the business with a complete computer system that maintains the status of the work project and then applies billing for the customer when paying their invoices for the work and services performed. The paint and body shop is 1/3 of the business revenue. This is a complete collision repair shop for paint and body work. This shop has it own dedicated staff whose specialty is in the discipline of repairing the bodies and painting to manufacturer standard specification. The shop has a paint booth and meets all of the current EPA Certifications and requirements to operate a paint shop. This shop is also vented to meet EPA requirements.
