Just this year, we sold a company with $2.5M of profit for $12M. Not too long ago, we negotiated a $6M deal for a company with $1.75M in profit, plus we have sold a 5th generation family business for $2.2M. A strategic buyer acquired one of our companies for 6x their cash flow for $1.7M.
